Doris Suarez-Molina, 59 of Jersey City, entered  into eternal life on Thursday, July 7th at Jersey City Medical Center.  Born in Jersey City, she grew up in Aibonito, Puerto Rico, after she graduated from college she returned to Jersey City and remained here ever since. A proud graduate of the University of Puerto Rico with a BS in Pharmaceutical Sciences in 1975, she also attained her Master's in Education from St. Peter's College in 2009.  After retiring as a Pharmacist, she found great pleasure and fulfillment in her new career path as a teacher.  She was a High School Science Teacher for Jersey City Public Schools from 2000-2004.  She then worked as a Science teacher for St.Peter's Prep from 2007-2009.  She was also a Commissioner of the Jersey City Parking Authority from 2001-2007.  She was proud to receive two very special awards in her lifetime, in 1975 Pharmacist of the Year in Puerto Rico and in 1984 the Jersey Journal Woman of Achievement Award.   She was often involved behind the scenes in political campaigns in Jersey City.  She was jokingly referred to the the loudest cheerleader at her son's games growing up. In the 1980's she was actively involved in PACO and the Jersey City Puerto Rican Day Parade Committee.  She is beloved mother of Javier Rodriguez & his wife Azalesha & Antonio Molina & his girlfriend, Mitzy Ordonez.  Cherished daughter of Aida Rivera Lopez & the late Antonio Luis Suarez.  Dear sister of Haydee, Lourdes, Ivelisse Suarez.  Proud grandmother Nicholas Molina. Special aunt of Orlando & Yaritza Melendez & Gabriel Santiago.   Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 10th from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Introcaso-Angelo Funeral Home.   Doris' Funeral and Burial will take place in Aibonito, Puerto Rico.
