Haydee O. Rivera, 68 of Hamilton, formerly of Jersey City, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, August 27th. Born December 27, 1942 in Aibonito, Puerto Rico, to the late Eluterio Ortiz & Josefa Rivera, she lived most of her life in Jersey City, before moving to Hamilton 10 years ago. She was a United States Postal Worker for the Secaucus Service Center from 1980 - 2005. Haydee proudly served her country in the US Air force from 1966-1970. She will be remembered as a woman who loved to dance, party and have a good time. She is predeceased by her companion of 10 years John Panan. She is the beloved mother of Jessica ( Freddie) Feliciano, Julio (Emel) Cedeno, & Pedro Pagan Ortiz. Cherished sister of Jesus, Angelo, Ruben, Efrain, Jose, Mercedes, Maria, Lydia & the late Ana & Antonio. She is also the proud grandmother of seven beautiful grandchildren and loving aunt of many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Introcaso-Angelo Funeral Home, 143 Brunswick St., Jersey City, NJ. A Funeral Service will conclude the evening at 9:00 p.m. Cremation will be private.
