Evaluz Baez 87 years of age entered eternal life on April 10,2017 at the Chatham Hill Care Center in Chatham, NJ. Born in Sabana Grande, Puerto Rico she lived in Jersey City since 1958. She was a self employed grocery store owner LaMilagrosa of downtown Jersey City for over 25 years, retiring in 1988. She enjoyed being part of the community and her trips to Atlantic City, Playing Bingo, and going to the race track. She was the beloved wife of the late Raul Medina . She is survived by her loving daughter Wanda Velasco. Dear sister of Haydee Nazario, Nelida Cabrera, and Roberto Baez. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral from the Introcaso-Angelo Funeral Home 143 Brunswick Street Jersey City,NJ on Tuesday April 18,2017 at 8:30/am.
